This RUANA is knee length, a beautiful soft Merino Wool  (wool 80% Nylon 20 %)  knitted, hand -dyed and then semi-  felted to give a close, dense but lightweight fabric.

This fabric has kept me warm at minus 23 degrees in Rovaniemi in the Arctic Circle

Wear it with one side flipped over the shoulder and clasped with a brooch, or  clasped at the front. Leaves arms free  and keeps  warmth in without flapping all about.

This is a wonderful garment  for those  recovering from any sort of arm or shoulder surgery as there are no sleeves.
